If set to 1, enables the optical plate sensor which checks for a plate at the bottom of the bridge.

If the bridge sensor is disabled, the plates are ejected at fast speed (process <loc> bfv) until ALTIM pet and ALTIM bct time out.
If you disable the sensor, you should decrease PROCESS bfv until the value is the same as PROCESS bsv (slow velocity), decrease ALTIM pet, and increase ALTIM ptt.
